The extraction system features a bespoke, double-sided island canopy, manufactured from satin-finish 304-grade stainless steel, that provides durability and a sleek, modern look that complements the overall appearance of the kitchen. What sets the canopy apart is the peripheral extract filter housing, which boosts the capture rate, ensuring that smoke and grease are efficiently extracted before they have a chance to settle. Additionally, the canopy is equipped with an Ansul R102 kitchen fire suppression system, providing an extra layer of safety in the event of a fire.

Moving to the supply air system, REAL has incorporated several key features designed to optimise airflow and maintain a comfortable kitchen environment.
